“Between generations of craft and
personal creation.”
“
In the process of creating the rug collection, which constitutes part of the design envelope of the home within the space, it is evident that the first approach we tend to choose is the realistic, the functional, and the utilitarian alone.
With this collection, I want to propose another approach that tells a broader story which exists in my designs. As part of the research I have conducted in recent years on the combination between design and Jewish art in Israel and around the world, I discovered that when matter receives a spiritual dimension and beauty tells a deeper story, something new and sentimental begins to occur.
“Art of any kind is not useful. Put usefulness first and you lose it; put beauty first, and what you create will be useful forever.”
Oscar Wilde
Heritage Meets Innovation
The sun and the stars, integrated into my designs, are objects that form an inseparable part of my creative work — allowing me to bring nature into the material dimension through design and art.
“I’ve noticed that ancient forms hold memory and profound meaning for our civilization.”
In the past, many structures were designed in harmony with the movement of the stars, the sun, and the earth. These creations provided humanity with a sense of belonging — a clear place within the universe. They established order and evoked a feeling of connection to something greater.

I negotiate with processes that occur in nature — exploring their purpose, utility, and connection to contemporary lifestyle.
By amplifying and re-contextualizing these natural processes, I aim to question certain value systems while seeking to revive ancient material hierarchies and personal, intuitive rhythms.
Through the use of function as a visual and structural tool — as an accessory, as material, as process — I examine how objects can serve as platforms for living experiences within our daily environment.
Textiles, chairs, accessories, tiles, and furniture — all made of materials that bear the trace of the hand — become testimonies of touch, time, and making.
My practice exists in the space between design and art, engaging with the concepts and subtle nuances that connect and divide them.
