Shira Moyal — Multidisciplinary Design Studio.
studio shira moyal
Our work moves between spatial design and the development of furniture, textiles, and art objects—rooted in a clear, precise material language. In parallel, Shira is a Landscape Architecture student, and that connection deepens the way we look at space, scale, and environment. We work through ongoing research into material, light, and form, driven by the question of how space creates identity and a sense of belonging. Our practice translates into projects across residential, hospitality, and cultural spaces—from concept to the smallest details.

Brand Philosophy
“For me, beauty lives in the delicate balance between matter and spirit where the unseen begins to take form.”
In the process of creating the rug collection, which constitutes part of the design envelope of the home within the space, it is evident that the first approach we tend to choose is the realistic, the functional, and the utilitarian alone. With this collection, I want to propose another approach that tells a broader story which exists in my designs. As part of the research I have conducted in recent years on the combination between design and Jewish art in Israel and around the world, I discovered that when matter receives a spiritual dimension and beauty tells a deeper story, something new and sentimental begins to occur.
“Art of any kind is not useful. Put usefulness first and you lose it; put beauty first, and what you create will be useful forever.”
Oscar Wilde
